Rob and I have been together for well over 20 years and cooking/grilling is one of our favorite things to do together. I want to throw it back to when we got our very first grill in 2003. The grill was a gift from my father and Rob and I though we had just won the lottery. Immediately we went to a supermarket and bought crappy baby backs to throw on this bad boy to break it in. We had no idea what we were doing, but we were so happy to grill out. I don’t think we would ever admit if the ribs were tough or overcooked. We were just so stinking happy. There is no way in the world we knew our future would hold so many different types of grills and all the meats! Enjoy this throwback!
